Hello everyone.

It’s my birthday and I was just sitting here relaxing by the lake and I realized something. The things we do at APEM are pretty remarkable. I mean in one way all ice cream shops do the same thing by freezing milk and sugar. Yet at APEM we are special. We do things that others don’t and very specific to New Jersey. We’ve been getting customers from Jersey City, Maplewood, South Orange, and hell even Princeton. Customers have been thanking us for doing this or that flavor and how it reminds them of their grandparents. To us that is the highest compliment. Aren’t the best moments in life those with your grandparents? But we have a problem. We are starting to consistently max out on production and space. With problems come opportunity though and it may be time we start to look in moving to a bigger space (or just moving production out of our Bloomfield store) and eventually having another location so that more people can experience the things we do here at APEM. We can’t do it alone and will need help in all aspects of this opportunity. If you know anyone or you yourself are interested in helping APEM to become something bigger and better.
